Filomina was so kind and helpful. She called to verify the rental a day prior to the event. The driver called to verify our being on site and was prompt in delivery and pick-up. The best experience for rental companies. As for appearance of driver, a Filo's T-Shirt might be in order, we didn't see a logo on his shirt. However, he was friendly, very accommodating and helpful! The t-shirt idea is just a suggestion. :) We were very pleased with everything.

Absolutely. I've used you for every one of my parties in the last 3 years and have always been satisfied. I recommended you to a friend last month who rented your tropical waterslide for her daughter's birthday, and my sister has reserved one for a party in August. Mark delivered our slide yesterday and was delightful. Even on a busy holiday he took the time to answer our questions and was patient with the swarm of kids circling/harassing him about the slide.
